Does anybody knows how to signup to promote Bang Bus?

Not sure why Bang Bros Online do not have link codes or promotional/marketing material for Bang Bus.

You can TRY asking them (webmaster@bangbros.com), but they have never responded to my e-mail queries.

seems it's overpromoted or they have too many webmasters promoting them. As this site is known as one among those that generates high revenues they do not want to to share their profits with other webmasters who wants to sign up now :)
