I've seen one sponsor who suggested to submit the FHS to linklists with the refcodes of webmaster. It's great feature! It's a pity that not many sponsors can do that.

I am sure I am going to be roasted because of this, but this merely my honest opinion... not that of Large Cash!

Hmm.. Yahook, no offence to you but it seems as the days go by web masters want more and more, while wanting to work less and less, yet never fully committing themselves to that one sponsor, which was/is so generous.
They'd rather try one, and the moment sales slip/drop, they move to the next. Rather than working/trying harder, they move to another, use up all the freebies and on to the next. A vicious cycle it is.

As it stands, most sponsors with flat rate programs pay more than the join is worth.

- Get someone to join our site for $29.95 and well pay you $35-40 bucks. We've already lost $5-10

- Free content
- Free galleries, with thumbs, various descriptions and whatever else
- Free submission

Imagine a web master working at McDonalds, he/she puts on the outfit and stands there while the owner places the fries in the fryer, removes them and places them in the carton, and hands them to the customer.
All the while the web master is asking when’s the next raise.

But I am not surprised... it is no different from the rise in #'s of divorce and abandoned children: rather than trying harder to WORK things out, they simply part ways or give the child up for adoption. Guess general population wants everything handed to them on a silver plater (but don't forget someone has to pick it up for them also)!

Hey, I hear there is a sponsor that makes mortgage payments for their web masters, has a daycare, fixes their car, remembers birthdays AND pays $250,000 a year.

If I see any usefull service offered by affiliate program I will try to use it.

There will be always small affiliate programs that will offer features like this one. This is just a competition of affiliate programs. And sometimes one of the steps like this one will help one of these affiliate programs to become big one.

I don't think this service will be open for all webmasters, but sometimes even big affiliate programs can make exclusions to make webmaster work with them. But it depends a lot of webmaster, he must be good advert.

As for services offered by affiliate programs: Each day I see that someone tryes to give something new for webmasters. If it works, another guys try to repeat it. This is just the movement of adult business. Those who want to be on the wave must follow the industry flow. And we can do nothing with it...

Webmasters can do only specified value of work. And they will promote the more good sponsors for the first time, this is the reason why some sponsors try to make webmasters to promote them too.

And any sponsor personally decides what to do. It depends of the average conversion ratio of his paysites, number of rebills, and many other factors.

This is absolutely the same for webmaster:
To pay for some work and make big money with Affiliate program 1 <=>
Do not pay for some work but get smaller money Affiliate program 2.

As for your affiliate program Paco: It's Great! It's a pity that you don't have FPA banners by one file, I would use it.

see, and that is exactly why Yahook is one of my favourite (and deserving of the title) web masters -- not only does he understand, but he works, hard!

Thank you Yahook (The thank you is extended to all hard working or REAL web masters!).

As for single file full page ads (FPAs) I will see if I can convince the big-wigs (my boss) about getting our designer to merge the files).

Yahook - I sent you an e-mail with all the free hosted galleries (FHG) we offer for all our sites.

The list contains links, with your web master ID (WID), for:
Picture galleries
Video galleries
Picture of the day

All FHG links are recurring, not flat rate!

If the webmaster owns that link list we could submit the free sites with there link codes. To me that is better than nothing. Not sure if thats what you meant though.
