I try to add garlic and onion to my food :)
I excercise, all the time, in the great outdoors! Being inside in NOT healthy! I take my vitamins (multi & Omega 3-6-9) .
Also, being Italian, I buy garlic by the case lot!
I rarely get sick... and I do mean rarely. Since 1999 (my time with this company) I have been sick a total of four-times - three times because people here are fricken pigs and the fourth was simply because I was sick... of the others taking all these "sick days" or time-off!
The chick (a word I rarely use) across from me blows her nose all the time yet she never washes her hands. Uh EW! Oh yah, sick every three weeks.
The two boys in the office do not wash their hands, have food laying all over the place and do not clean their station. They never flush the toilet because "it is just pee".
People seem to forget that the B.Plague occurred solely because people are pigs and it looks like the majority is moving back to that.
Just look at some of the porn shoot set. Holy crap!
Oh yah: I have a funny feeling I spend more time in the rain and cold than most if not all persons I know, so why am I not getting sick?
Plus I smoke (not tobacco), like a factory :wink:
