I see some linklist owners ban hosting companies because there some cheaters use this hosting. But there are lots of good webmasters that are automatically banned - it's not honest. And finally this linklist owners don't want to give exact list of banned hosting providers because they want to protect them from cheaters using this - but I think the reason - they want to get more recip links from banned sites.
