Hello,
I have found your site very informative and it has given me some valuable information. I do have a question I was hoping you might be able to answer regarding a new adult website I'm hoping to start.
I'm hoping to start an amateur photo site that will offer free amateur pictures to viewers. Unlike most adult webmasters I am not looking to make any money from this site at all. I am wanting to host this site as a hobby and just want to offer fast and easy access to porn. I am concerned of legal issues doing this as I won't know any of the models, thus I won't have model release forms and I obviously would not post any under aged women on my site - although of course I wouldn't have any actual proof of age of the models. I also wouldn't have actual proof from the model that they released the photo to the public. I am wondering how the current amateur websites are not getting in trouble with the law but are doing the same things I would like to offer.
