okay, i need some opinions. Looking for a NEW car, one of those types...
1. New Opel Vectra
2. New Ford Focus
3. Honda Civic (sedan)
4. Nissan Almera
5. Mitsubishi Lancer
they're $18k-22k range
how would you rate em 1 to 10?

I'll pick which ever is a diesel!
Being in Europe, you have more options than we do in N.America (Canada).
My top picks:
1. (used) VW Golf, Jetta or Passat TDi
2. (used) BMW 5 series diesel wagon
3. (used) Audi diesel wagon
4. (used) VW Vanagon/Eurovan ... diesel.
