I would be really thankful if anyone points me a good place to host my Joomla project.
I need 5GB disk space and 50GB badnwidth, cPanel, pay $10/mo, etc.
Do you think that pacifichost.com shared webhosting (http://www.pacifichost.com/web-hosting.shtml) plans can be good for running Joomla?

Well, I have heard good things about them, but still suggest you not to focus your attention on one company and check more hosting offers as well. Say marblehost.com can be a good alternative to host your Joomla project as they offer no hidden fees, provides uninterrupted hosting and knowledgeable support services.
I have compared both mentioned hosts and marblehost.com shared hosting (http://www.marblehost.com/hosting-plans.php) plans look more reasonable. You will have the capability to go far beyond the resource limitations found in a shared hosting environment.

Actually I believe you will be able to host your Joomla project on any shared linux web hosting. I have drupal (another CMS) hosted with innohosting.com and I like how they serve me. You said you would like to sign up with quality and non expensive web host so if you chose inno you will get that quality.
In any way that is only my position and point of view.

I would like to say that any web hosting provider can be good for Joomla hosting services, but not all of them are reliable ones. On the account of the fact I can recommend you to choose webintellects.com as they can be good for running Joomla and you can rely on them. The price looks reasonable and customers' safety is the main goal for them.
