I think this can be very profitable. But you need to spend really lots of time if you promote the blog. So this business can be intrested if you can do it automatically. Because you need about 1000+ blogs to get really good money.
Please tell what do you think about it?
I like TRUE blogs only! You know, the ones written by individuals venting, promoting their lifestyle, disgusing politics and what is going on in the world ... not the "blogs" from web masters selling porn - those are not blogs!
(Seems people will try and market porn on any available space.)
In the past, I would use Google to search for blogs written by people with similar likes and dislikes as mine, however our industry has ruined my appreciation and I no longer bother - I rarely get the correct return on my queries.
As for promoting porn via blogs ... I am sure you now know what I think of that.

I agree with you Paco, real blogs are better then a generated ones. And I agree with you about porn blogs - it's just new type of advesting. But the industry goes to this direction - blogs theme is very popular now among webmasters. There are even special forums about how to make and promote porn blogs. I think it will be interesting to discuss about it here too in this thread :wink:
You are correct, Yahook - there is great earnings potential with blogs.
People will always like to read, and the more personal (or less generic) the material/text, the more popular the site will be, with people that like to read.
As for industry blogs, the mentality is completely different (more eye candy, less intellectual material) from that of a true blog, so I too am interested in knowing how well they will do.

I've added Sex Blogs category to my new linklist, I think that this will be profitable for some blogs to be added there. But actually blogs have good potential because - this is new type how to get free pagerank from different directories. Also there are lots of RSS directories - this is also type of traffic.

I have a domain, a really cool domain actually and was wondering if anyone out there can tell me how to get started, step by step.

There are no tutorial on the net about it. Only different topics on adult message boards. But I can post here my opinion and some advices too.
The first step is always to choose software - here's some variants:

Then you need to install it and promote. How to promote - this is aditional theme for the topic.
