Google search results are too extreme

I noticed that some keywords are "non-adult" for Google and it doesn't allow adult sites to be even in top 100 by these keywords. Of cource it's not good, but it's a real fact.

However sometimes I see adult results by non-adult keywords. An adult site must be very strong to be there.

It would be interesting for me to see your opinions about it. Am I right about non-adult keywords?
