It's not a good idea to use unknown domain registrars, it's better to use well known registrars like directi, enom, network solutions (except godaddy - it's not good).

I would like to express the point that eurodns.com is well-known European registrar. It offers a great number of domain extensions at affordable price. I have seen this list of Top 10 registrars (http://www.domaininformer.com/top_10_year_awards_2008_reg.html). You can trust this company.

You know I prefer to use free domain names which the hosting company offers, for example marblehost or webhostingbuzz offer a free domain name registration in their plans, it's a part of their services which is convenient for many web masters.

I would go for name.com (http://name.com) which is the best domain register of all times!
