"Thumbs jerker" I guess is someone using a computer... ok so, here's what I suspect:

Most guys like pictures of naked girls turned on and ready for, wanting, needing sex. Turned on either with themselves, a toy, or another girl.

However, a tie with this group would be #1 fucking bodies as long as the girl is predominatly pictured.

These aren't my personal choices BTW. I have my own devils to deal with. But your question wasn't "about me" so I'm generalizing.

The psychology is this: Guys like to believe girls love sex as much as boys, and boys like to think girls will want to fuck them, if only they could meet. So pictures of girls 'turned on' always seem to work... Am I right?

I've forgot some types of thumbs:

4) closeups (faces, tits, pussy etc...)
5) cumshots

I think that first of all the preferences of jerkers depends of their niche (For example big breasts lovers will like thumbs with big tits most of all).

I think the most popular will be closeups with beautiful faces of girls willing to be fucked :wink:

I believe a good thumb is one that will entice the visitor, making them want to click so to see more, thusly the scenario varies (for me):

- If the image is high quality and the model has a beautiful or unique face, I will try to fill the thumb with just that.

- If the model has a unique feature (tattoo/s, piercing/s, nice body part/s [nipples/breasts, big penis, bum, naval] smoking etc) I will concentrate on just that.

- If the series is average, I will concentrate on what the TGPs will allow – I am noticing, increasingly, TGPs do not want hardcore thumbs.

I believe thumbs that are (more or less) the full-size image are a bad choice and feel they do not get clicked-on, as much (nothing left to the imagination). I like to zoom in on something that catches MY eye, and see how that does.

(I do not like thumb-batching software because ‘it’ does not know what is nice and what is not.)
