I use this hosting - HQ Host (http://hqhost.net/?pid=122). But it banned on some big linklists, so if you want to use it to host Free Sites, you need another hosting...

You can ask hqhost manager for new dns and buy new IP to post your free sites.

But I'm sure that HQHost + 3fn are the best!

I would not say that..
I ve got troubles with 'em while submiting free sites...
I would not recomnend 3fn for free sites... any other needs is ok.

I would not recommend ANY "russian" hosting for free sites.
Too many LLs owners doesnt like 3fn and hqhost Ive learned it myself long time ago.

Sites may be banned due to other's guys sites hosted on your ip.
Use local, unique ip and dont cheat!

better pay more.. you will thank me after :)
