Remove all their links from your sites and then let other people know that they are a scammers.
I have a little hint for you - use a name of a thread like "Bucks Paradise [BucksParadise.com] are scammers". Google will cache it and if someone will search for this aff program he will see it. If they really don't pay then it's honest to post it.
