i used to play badminton during weekends and it helps me alot to become physically fit.. :D
No, I do not do any physical training/exercise at home and for a few reasons:
1). I do not like the smell of sweat in my home (no matter what any tells me, it is virtually impossible to remove).
2). I never workout indoors (I do not like it, which is one of the reasons why I do not go to the/a gym.).
I simply love the great outdoors, which is why I do what I do (also, I do not do 'this' for aesthetics purposes).
I do my entire training/exercise outdoors, whether rain, sleet, snow or shine.
I do not lift weights, as that is not my thing (as with my women, I am in to lean, not bulk).
I scramble up and down mountains more or less every weekend (no matter the season).
My typical weekend consists of the following: (get off work and drive straight to the mountains)
- Friday night = 3-4 hours
- Saturday = 8-16 hours
- Sunday = 6-8 hours
Average weekend = 17-28 hours.
No gym can match the reward, for the level of output, in my eyes.
Here is a picture (large, 2MB) of the type of gym I frequent:

(sorry, I tried using the image as well the url function however neither is working for me today (Firefox 1.0.4)
If you look at the picture you'll see the trail. The treeline is more or less the half-way (4-hours into the trip) point from the base to the peak.
