You can take any free trade script, for example arrow trader lite, add toplist to your blog and then add trades. But it will be very difficult to make successful site only using trades, you have to have some traffic on your blog before your start trading traffic.

I recommend you don't trade traffic, but submit your blog to blog directories and linklists. When it's done you can create another blog and do the same with it.
