I have a server there, and it runs quet well. For sure the routing will be not all over the world the best but for this prize they have a fast network and the good thing that i prefer you can first test it if you take only for 1 month. You don't need to take a contract for 1year or shit like that. The best thing is because it's so cheap you can take more than one server and made a Bind (DNS-Server) based load balancing to more servers. So you will have always enough resources to serve your content to all your users.
