Alarm Clock (recommend please)

I usually work all the night and can't get up in the morning, because I don't hear my table alarm clock.

Do you know any program I can use insted of my clock?

I don't want my notebook work all the time so when I sleep it's in the stand by mode (is it possible?). So I need a program that can turn on the computer and then play a sound (mp3 or midi would be nice).
