Help with Traffic

I am a newbie and would like you guys to look at my blogs and let me know what to change and what to keep. Also I have been using the blog submitter to post it. Will that be enough or are there other things I can do to generate traffic to my blogs.

Looks good, but a most part of blogdirectories require more than 3 posts when you submit your blog to them.
