Does anybody know how to do freesites according to new 2257?

May free site webmasters ask me about it by ICQ but I don't know what to answer them. As for me - I'm not in US so it's not big problem for me. But if many other linklists will not accept sites which break 2257 rule - I will do the same.

I'm not a police.. I won't check the sites for 2257. Of course if i get suspicious about an illegal content on the site, i will decline it but i won't do more than im doing now while reviewing freesites because of 2257 rule..
Btw, it's not about you nationality.. if you are using any US sponsors or any of your domains on US based hosting, 2257 will affect you. I don't know how it will affect European Webmasters but i think we will see it later on :wink:

European webmasters have their own laws. So I think it can only affect US sponsors which can contact me and ask to do something. But I don't think it will work. If it will - it's very easily possible to make big probles for sponsor - the only thing you need - promote sponsor on some content without 2257 docs (you don't even need to have account at sponsor to make problems for him - take any account you like). So I think it will not affect any european webmasters who use european hosting.
