I don't understand the idea of this site, is is this site for webmasters or for surfers?

Both, poeple in the industry to find a range of products and services and surfer to see what goes on and read interviews from people in the industry.

I hope that this helps. Please note that I am constantly updating my blog so it should come clearer.
