You should also place LLs’ recip links on the warning page, about 6-8 recips.

What is the best number of recips? Many posters making table of 12 or even more :)

It depends of the size of recips. If it's text recips you can make even more than 12 recips, but if it's buttons - I don't recommend you to make too much recips - there can be problems with listing your free sites on some linklists.
