What do you think - is it good that newbies come to this business? I think that's good.

No matter what someone tells us/you, at one point in time, everyone was a newbie.

n00bs (in every aspect of life) are very essential.
How can an industry (let alone anything) survive with out 'new', let alone evolve ... it simply cannot!

Two reasons I believe they are necessary:
1). Fresh/new ideas, usually 'cutting' edge - they have a lot to prove when entering, so what they bring to the table is typically different.
2). Competition - any sane person will know &/or tell you, a monopoly is not a good thing.

Newbies are good, but who are the newbies?
Even if you are a long time in biz you still can be a newbie, it depends. From day to day I study from the persons which I speak to and realize that I AM a newbie, sometimes :).
People can give a lot of good ideas for free. Why?
- First: they do not believe that some idea is a real thing (like rumor) or something which is difficult to make for them.
- Second: they don't even realize that they are giving an idea. They just share their mind and if you can catch their needs and then make something that they need - you are prof.

So, who are the newbies?
