Free site looks good but colors are not good... Well, I will try to explain you how to use colors on your site. The color of background should be very soft in comparison with the color of text. The background color shouldn't attract attention of the surfer.

I'd say, colors are just terrible...
For my freesites I use web design palettes downloaded from this site: http://avy.ru/download/?f=1 Click such link with anchor text "ЗДЕСЬ" on a page, it has a hotlink protection. Downloaded zip archive contains more than 800 ready to use color schemes for web design created by professional web designer. Archive contains a CHM file which written in Russian, but I think that you'll easy figure out how to use it without translation. All palettes are divided to several sections.
For example, for your site you can look to section "Red and Orange" and choose a palette "Pure Rose" ("Chistaja Rosa"). It contains the following colors, close to that you use on your site:
#F8E3F2
#F8C8D8
#F8B4BA
#E58A88
#C75A50
#953B2E
Now you may use them for your text and link colors.
Or you can just make a quick search for some color on your site in a file and it will show you all palettes that contain this color.
Also, I think that titles and links to main page/galleries would look better if they'll bolded.
