My weight is 85 kilo, the height is 176 centimeters. I don't like my weitht for that moment, and I try to do everything to decrease it :wink:

I could stand to lose some weight, I was around 65KGS but have put on 20 or so KGS in the last 6months.

Google says I weigh 56.2454539 kilograms. (I usually weigh in lbs.) And I'm 170.18 centimeters. :-?

I'm 65 kg weight and 177 cm height. 8-)
As per my usual ... just gotta make things difficult: with in reason, weight has nothing to do 'health'.
Every body is built differently (big & small boned, a lot or a little muscle mass etc). What the mass consists of (fat, muscle, yadda-yadda) is most important.
I am 177.8cm/5'10" and I weight 87.2KG/192Lbs and 9.3% body fat (yes, I measure).
Not super lean, but I'm tryin, by doin my :-) everyday
I need to bulk-up ... my hair :wink:
