Subject says it all, haven't been able to get in touch with them for 2 weeks now :-(

Try to call them, they have been answering very slowly.
also try to find on webmaster boards, member called Kyser Soze, he is e-pass repp, and very helpful ;)
Called them the other night, 15min on hold at trans-atlantic cellphone rates! :)

I always use Skype to call them. It's very cheap.
