View Full Version : How do you protect your eyes?

It's not good for your eyes to work on the computer for a long time withoud break. I try to make small break every 30 minutes, I look at the window, have a cup of tea, make massage for my eyes.

What about you? :-?

- The lights are always off.
- I am at the very least 3 feet from monitor.
- (Same as Yahook) I 'exercise' my eyes, by focusing on objects near and far, many times through out the day.
- No overtime :wink: (nk)

eyeglasses work best for me and give sometime closing them... (rest)
not too bright/contrast on the monitor and looking at green stuffs.. like trees and that...

Even if you are _very_ advanced in typing, look at the keyboard instead of monitor when you type something. Yes, it is little slower, but what's cost more? Time or your eyes?

I found a new way to protect my eyes ... I simply place a couple of :smile: over my eyes.

Vision's a little blurred, but I am protected.
