About the layout/design:
a). Add more galleries/content.
b). Personalize the site. Exactly what separates it from the rest of the foot worshiping sites?
Both of the above will help bring your visitors or clicks back - as it stands, a person will be done with your site in a minute or so.
c). A little dreary: I believe you need to inject some life into it by using brighter colours. Dark colours are out and bright are 'in' or trendy.

I recommend you to use this freesite checker every time before submit:

It checks for common mistakes: broken links, missing pictures etc. Very useful tool.

Here are a few thngs I'd look at.

I think the text on most of your pages is very hard to read.

Just on your gallerys. I'd be putting at least one link to your Sponsor where you have the text. The two rows of text you have on your gallerys are primed to get clicked but you have no links there.
