As far as I see it, this is a must for all boards - how else does one know how to get under the skin of other members

Here are some of mine:

1). People who will do anything to make a buck: lie, cheat, steal etc
*This quality of human is why our little rock has so many problems

2). In considerate people:
a. loud noises made while eating – unless eating food from a culture that request such behaviour, please, try and contain yourself, as it is no different from farting.
b. cell conversation where they should not be - go outside and do it in private.

3). Bad drivers - too slow, too fast, wrong lane (does nobody remember what a passing lane is?) etc

4). Trendoids/Mainstream - For decades I have I loved tattoos, piercing, and G-strings but all the 'wannabe'-types have ruined it for me.
I guess 'individual' is the next thing to be added to the list of possible extinction.

1- the super poster -- this guy posts a ton of pics and video. The most effective way to get attention is to put (VIDEO) or (PIC) in your subject line so people will know what it contains

2-troll poster -- this guy is extremely obnoxious and posts lame graphics insulting other members, posts off the wall comments, and is overall 'crazy.' Interestingly enough, people flock to such clowns and are susceptible to marketing

3-fake drama -- two screen names create fake beef amongst themselves and attracks a flock of surfers that leave themselves wide open to advertising

4-Mr. Helpful -- this guy is always quick with the answers to questions other surfers pose. His answers are practical and actually helpful. (ie., not answers to lame questions that have no real value or are trolling attempts)

5-Mr. Money -- another variation is Mr. Car. Basically, this persona posts pics of his material possessions to gain the easy respect of individuals who love a perceived winner. Hence, they open themselves wide open to 'suggestions' by Mr. Money/Mr. Car re sites to visit or products to try out. Drawback: he must be quite subtle and walk the tightrope between playing people and being played himself. Another drawback: Haterz (see below)

6-Mr. Hater -- this persona is quick to point out the failings of other surfers and posts sarcastic, cutting, or destructive comments with enough factual background (references to the targets' past posts are almost mandatory) to avoid being labelled as a simple troll. Drawback: you have to employ a lot of wit, humor, and cutting intelligence to come off as a sophisticated hater. If you slip, you're opening yourself up to ridicule yourself. The worst form of haters are 1) obvious hypocrites (so watch your post history) or 2) obviously envious (the best way to counter this is to hate in a 'helpful' way -- ie., you are hating on someone out of some (nonexistent really) concern for their well-being.

7-Credibility Man -- this guy rarely posts about business. He doesn't have to. His deals are well known and he is an accepted player in the forum. This person is well-respected. Deservedly so. This type of poster is rare.

I've found these types of board posters on some other message board, I don't remember exactly
