If you have lots of content and good designer - what is better - to make tons of AVS sites or to make some paysites? :-?

How about selling the content to webmasters non-exclusive blowout sales? sell it 1000 times over 8-)
AVS, pay-site and selling the content are all good ideas, it simply depends on how much time you want to dedicate as well your level of patience:
1). Pay-site requires a lot of work (updates, webmasters and etc), yet the payout potential is possibly the highest. If it is a good site it will generate long-term revenue that none of the others can.
2). AVS = less work as well reward - profit potential to me is a lot lower.
3). Selling content has the quickest payout potential, but of course that all depends on the 'type' of content. Another thing to think about is I believe you'd have to 'flip' the content many times over and as quick as possible, before everyone views and steals the content.
Me, I would go with a pay-site: I do not have patience for 'wheeling and dealing' (I hate arguing about pricing) so I would not sell the content.
I am a quality not quantity freak so AVS is not for me.
(I'd be happier with 1-used BMW rather than 10-new Sunfires/Cavaliers!)
