I simply LOVE the underground sound.
I refuse to 'do' NRG / HI-NRG (AKA: Euro-dance), 80's, jungle, gabba, 'gangster' rap, retro or old rock (been there, done that), country and especially US TOP40/POP40 .... P U!

Here are a few of the genres I love:
- House (jazzy, disco, black gospel or soulful kinda stuff, not pop40 lyrical junk!) To me, this is the most uplifting genre ... in my eyes/ears.
- Trance (goa, progressive, acid, yadda-yadda - NO LYRICS!)
- Techno (Detroit is on of my fav - Jeff Mills, Dave Clarke, Carl Cox etc)
- Breakbeat
- West & East coast rap (NO GANGSTA STYLIE!!)
- Funk (all forms)
- Jazz (most forms)
- Classical (most if not all)
I more or less love electronica, with the exception of 'New Age'.
The radio in my car ONLY plays the news! When not listening to the news, I am playing CDs/MP3s.
