The work of adult webmaster propose that he seat on the same place on the same position, I don't think it's too good for helth. I think that sport is the best decision to compensate this - I like to cycle very much ;-) What about you?

Yahook,
I am with you on that thought: sitting around is very very bad for your health (unless you are talking about recovery/healing)!

I value LIFE very much because we only have one (unless you believe in reincarnation) and feel a person must take care of it.

I lead a very very active lifestyle and I tend to dedicate more time to physical activity than what I am willing to give to 'work'.

I:
- freeheel (telemark ski) almost every weekend in winter (close to if not over 50-days this year. Should have been more but damn Xmas & NY were on weekends) - backcountry as well as resort time.
- scrambles (hikes which require technical experience or equipment such as ice-axe or climbing rope) as well as hikes
- roller blade to work or walk (depends on the weather) as well for cardio in the evening or with my traction kite
- disc-golf http://members.shaw.ca/discgolf/ Hippy-stuff
- traction kiting (skis, ice-skates, roller blades or jumping) http://www.kitehq.co.uk/media/kitejump-traction.jpg
- cycling (roadie mostly and only I mountain bike when I am in the ... yup, you guessed it, the mountains).
- swimming
- kayaking
- swimming
