Google PR (how long one should wait for his 1st pr raise?)

Some of my brand new sites (already indexed by google long time ago, cache is updated regulary )
still have pr 0
Does anybody knows how long I should wait till my sites get PR?

I had some go up and some go down. they all wanted to be pr4 but my toolbar is going back and forth still.

As I know PageRank is not a linear value. I think Google willl reduce PageRank toolbar value from real value - that's why toolbar PageRank value can decrease. It can also decrease because the sites who are in the backwards become less important for google, or some backwards were removed and not count into PageRank.

I was surprised today having few domains with nice PR boost from google from PR3 to 4 even 5 ;o)
