All I can offer for advice is stay away from RS and Chameleon!

I'd be surprised if the crew that made RS are still in business.

RS, as we all know, suffered many many many many many 'issues'. For those issues, I submitted, many many many many many support queries.
:x Guess how many were responded to? Not once did I receive a response!
I could not care much less about how 'successful' a company is - bad support equals bad company! :bad:

We currently use Chameleon submitter (CS) and we are experiencing similar issues to what we did with RS (but not the support issues):
Failed automatic submissions = sixty plus daily. Forced to go back and re-submit, after which some need to be done manually.

Of course, that is merely my opinion. Some say they have had nothing but luck with CS.

I see that Chameleon submitter is very popular among english speaking webmasters. There lots of tutorials for this submitter and they have lots traffic on their site.

I used to work with Chameleon Submitter....never tried anything else, so I cannot compare it to other programs, but I was satisfied with it. The only problem was, that I couldn't not use the alternate databases I made....
