i'm a bit afraid of hosting monetized sites / pages with google...
I think that any little SEO trick you're trying to play on them could be dangerous...
Hosts are pretty cheap today (you can find good virtual accounts for 6.5 $ a month...) It's not worth it...

Free hostings have bonus in SE. With the same efford you can get more traffic. For example blogspot.com or even my blog hosting blogtur.com has this bonus.

I'm not sure but I've seen lotso of old adult sites there too. There is no problem with adult content in their terms if I not mistake.
