Affiliate Program vs Traffic Resource

What is better - to have an affiliate program or to have traffic resource?

If you run affiliate program - you have to think about billings, about updates for the sites, about content, about adverts and so on... If you have traffic resource - you have to think what affiliate program to promote, how to get more traffic. As for me - I personally think that it's more easier to run traffic resorce. What do you think about it?

i agree with you completely!

it's hard to have affiliate program, but if you can solve different problems& questions regarding your program and to pay many-many advertisers independently on billings, - it's you chance!
p.s. also you have to have initial capital to start it..
