Yes, Parkour (founded by Sebastien Foucan and David Belle) or 'Urban Gymnastics' is simply amazing, to say the least.

The guy in the video has very good balance and agility, as do most in the sport.

And it is activities as such that remind us we are alive.

One thing I see many people forget is life is to be lived, not worked!
There are many distraction in our lives, such as work, and it is up to us to decide which is more important.
When given a choice, I'll pick anything over work - it is so boring and has wasted too much of my life.

I love this little world we live in. Never mind that saying about a box of chocolates (ForestGump), it's all the different nuts that make it interesting and worth while.

My goal for the year is at the very least 60-days of freeheeling.
Yah, it will take a lot of time and money, however that is exactly what both are meant for... to be spent on things one loves!

There is a french movie called Banlieue 13 (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0414852/) if you like the video, watch this movie!
Even the music on the video is taken from it.

any person that lives life is not afraid of risks - they know life on it's own is a risk.

any of you ever jump out of a plane?
skate or ride your cycle on the street?
backcountry ski?
rock climb?
drive a car to work?
cross the street?
have sex with a person you just met?
go sailing?
go to the bar?

All are risks.
